Team Administrator assists the Director in organizing and motivating the team. The TA is responsible for helping set realistic goals, as well as assisting the team in reaching these goals. The TA will help build team processes for efficiency and report project statuses to Director. The TA is responsible for administrative duties, such as handling team meetings and agendas, as well as some managerial duties, such as assigning projects and tracking team statuses. The TA acts as a liaison across internal departments and with international manufacturers and distributors outside the company. The ideal candidate is highly organized, team-oriented, and excels at open, clear communication. Prior experience with administrative duties are a plus, but not required.
